We will have a 5K and a 1K "Run for Kate" for children 10 and under, as well as food, music, exhibitors and festivities for participants and your families and friends.

        When/What: Saturday, August 27, 2016 

                          Pre-Race Ceremony 8:50 am

                         "Walk for Kate" 1K (children 12 and under) 9:00am

                          5K Color Run/Walk  9:30 am

 

 

A few race safety tips:

 

These races are for FUN!!  So, we won't be timing them.

 

If you choose to use headphones or earbuds while running, please use only one, leaving your other ear free to hear instructions from race volunteers.

 

Strollers are welcome in the exhibit area, but you will most likely find it very difficult to navigate the race course with a stroller as the course is mostly grass and includes a trail through a wooded area.

 

 Pets are not permitted on the course during the races.

 

We're not afraid of a little mess....or water, SO this event will be held in rain or shine.  You need a little of both for a real rainbow right?
